Personal growth and change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen.
Each day you open your eyes, count your blessings for another day to work on who you are and being the best version of you. There is much to be grateful for, even when in the throes of depression, it’s just harder to see when you are surrounded in that darkness.
Each and every day, make a commitment to yourself that you will begin each day with a happy heart. Even if it isn’t possible to do so, still make this commitment to yourself, and no matter what challenges you face, face them head on and choose to be happy…
